• The KNU after J. Balasagyn 1993-1998, faculty of geography and ecologies (honours degree).   

• The KNU after J. Balasagyn 2001-2004 a faculty of law (the second higher education) on a speciality "Jurisprudence".

• With 1998-2001 it was trained in internal postgraduate study of the Bishkek Humanitarian University after K.Karasaev on a speciality 11.00.11. «Preservation of the environment and rational use of natural resources ».

• Master Degree, specialization "Management" at the International Academy of Business Administration, Finance and Law.

 

• The candidate of geographical sciences 2008.

• Associate Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission of the specialty "Ecology" in 2010.

 

4.     - Previous place of work: Managing faculty of Management and socially-information technologies Institute of Correspondence Education of the Bishkek Humanitarian University after K.Karasaev.

      -    Current place of work: Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Management of the Bishkek Humanities University. K. Karasaeva

5.     The Marital status: Married, has three children.

 

6.     The Operational experience: - 1997-1999 - the engineer in laboratory of wood soil science  

          Institute of a wood and nut of the NAS of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

- 1998 2003 the teacher of faculty « Natural sciences and ecology » at the BHU.  

- 2003-2004 the teacher of faculty « Ecology and wildlife management »at the BHU.

- With 2004. The senior teacher of faculty « management and information 

  Technologies »of the ICE at BHU, since 2007 he was translated on a post acting as the senior lecturer of this faculty. 

   - Since 2006 on 2008 worked as deputy director of the ICE at the BHU.

- Since November - 2008 he is appointed by manager of the faculty Management and socially- information technologies of the BHU after K. Karasaev.

 

7.     Participation in projects: 

·        1997-1998гг. - participated as the engineer of the soil scientist in the Swiss project on preservation and studying of woods in the Kyrgyz republic. «Lesik» (object: «nut-fruit woods of the south of republic);

·        1999-2000- the participant of the project « Monitoring of the Chuy area », the Finnish government (Object: Ecological monitoring of the city of Bishkek);

·        2001. - Kishinev, the Republic of Moldova the Project of fund « Soros-Kyrgyzstan», under the program the East-east (within the limits of the program studying of experience of Republic Moldova NPO and the Kirghiz republic) in the decision of environmental problems;

·        2006-2008 participated as a member of group "Eco Suu" the international project Milo contact (Holland) the Kirghiz republic;

·        Per 2009 the project Steady development and land tenure of Pamir-Alay (the Center of development of mountain areas of Kyrgyzstan).

Round tables: Annual participation in seminars and conferences of a different level with reports and theses on problems of ecology of cities, ecological the right, etc. - Participation in seminars: F.Ebberta's Fund Bishkek (2000); - Schools of storming elite (Bishkek, 2001.); - the Kyrgyz patent (Tokmok 2002); - at the universities of the Kyrgyz Republic, etc. in 2001 in Alma-Ata and in 2008 acted with scientific reports in Kishinev.

    10. Area of scientific interests: Ecological management, ecology of cities, the legislation in the field of preservation of the environment and rational wildlife management, a problem of steady development of territories, etc.
